Brass connector and painted glass charm

Hooks are raw brass/ occasionally clean brass with fine jewelry cleaner, silver polishing cloth, or a small amount of lemon juice. 

SHOULD NOT BE WORN IN WATER- painted rose on bottom piece will wear off. Bottom piece also should not be cleaned.
